Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and the masterclass are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. The masterclass content reflects personal experience and opinions and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, security, or investment advice. We make no guarantees regarding career outcomes, business results, or professional advancement. Any testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these terms, the site, or the masterclass, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnification

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes affecting purchased products, we will provide email notice at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Leadership in Cyber regarding the site and masterclass. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms; you may not assign yours without our written consent. Sections on intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law, and disclaimers survive termination.
