Individual Purchases

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If the masterclass does not meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

After 14 days, all sales are final. Since the content is digital and immediately accessible, refunds are not available beyond the guarantee period.

Group Purchases

Group purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no team seats (beyond the purchaser) have been assigned. Once seats have been granted to team members, partial refunds may be available at our discretion.

Enterprise Purchases

Enterprise agreements are governed by their individual contract terms. Contact sales@leadershipincyber.com.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@leadershipincyber.com with your purchase email address and we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

Kindle Books

Every masterclass purchase includes a complimentary Kindle copy of “Leadership in Cyber.” Kindle books are fulfilled after the 14-day refund window closes and are non-refundable once delivered.
